This year, 2024, PCN has welcomed our new principal, Thomas Mcneely.
He grew up in OKC and has lived here his entire life. He graduated from Northeast High School in 1994. “I have worked at Douglass, NWC, U.S. Grant, and PC West before North,” McNeely said. He has been married for almost 20 years to his high school sweetheart. “We have two kids. My daughter is a senior and my son is a sophomore at Classen SAS, but my son will be coming here next year,” he said. He says he loves to work out and lift weights in his free time.
“I’ve heard nothing but great things about this school, and I was excited to have the opportunity to join the North community. It’s North or Nothing, duh,” he said. He is committed to leading North. “My plans are to continue to lead this school to become the best school in this state. I would love to retire from here,” he said.
McNeely is impressed by what he has learned about North over the last year. “What I love most about being a Panther is the rich history and tradition of this school. This building has great school culture, and I have enjoyed learning about, and becoming a part of our heritage,” he said.
