Seniors are leaving behind good memories here at North, whether it’s from the classroom or
field. Every senior has a different path to lead, but all of them have experiences good and bad
from school that shaped who they are.
Whether seniors go to college or not you still need to prepare for the future, whatever it might
be. Clubs and other fun activities can help you figure what to do next in life or allow you to just
do something you enjoy.
“One of the things I enjoyed about Black Student Alliance (BSA) was going to the state capitol for black history day. I think BSA got more kids involved and brought more attention to our club. It also helped people learn more about their history and to be proud of it. My advice to BSA members would be to stay committed to the club, so that black students at PCN can have a community to confide in,” Favour Atolagbe said.
It is very important for everybody to have an environment where they feel comfortable to have a
good time and chill. “I enjoyed being able to come out of my shell and talk to people. My
favorite memory is going to DLC and celebrating in the PAC. The District Leadership
Conference comes together to create a community around FCCLA. What I gained from FCCLA
is working together, communicating, brainstorming ideas from scratch, and making my voice
heard. My advice for FCCLA members is don’t come in here expecting anything. Be prepared to
take in opportunities and adventures,” Rhianna Dumas said.
Some things you may have to start out shy and learn to really like. Several seniors at North
have volunteered to help and guide incoming freshmen. “I really enjoyed making connections
and showing freshmen around the school. My favorite memory was Panther Palooza. The skills
I gained are connectivity and meeting new people. My advice for Link Crew members is to be open to meeting new people,” Megan Copple said.
